Automatic Notifications¶
When key actions are performed in batch management, the system sends automatic e-mail notifications to the corresponding users.
Notification of Lot Creation¶
When a new batch is created, the system sends a notification to the assigned user with the batch details:
Lot ID
Company
Category
Description
Date of Creation
A link to access the batch in the system
Notification of Assignment of Records¶
When records within a batch are assigned to a reviewer user, the system sends a mail with:
Registration ID
Company
Description
Registration Status
Details of the assigned record data
A link to access directly to the registry
These notifications ensure that users are informed in real time about the tasks assigned in the data management system.
