At Unimate, the privacy and security of our users’ data is a priority. This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect information processed by our platform, including reconciliation data, bot streams and associated logs.

Alcance

This policy applies to all data processed on the Unimate platform, both in its Cloud and On-Premises modes, including:

  • Financial and accounting information used in reconciliations.

  • Personal or corporate data included in reports.

  • Activity logs, logs and results generated by bots.

  • Information uploaded by the user or received from external systems via API.

Security and Data Protection

  • All information is transmitted using encrypted protocols (HTTPS/SSL).

  • Data stored in the cloud is hosted in Microsoft Azure.

  • On-Premises environments allow the organization to maintain full control over its infrastructure.

  • Periodic backup, access audit and user management policies are applied.

Use of Information

The information processed by Unimate is used exclusively for:

  • Execute and record financial or operational reconciliations.

  • Orchestrate and monitor automated flows with bots.

  • Generate user-defined reports, indicators and alerts.

  • Improve user experience and quality of service (anonymously or aggregated).

Access and Control

  • Each company or organization using Unimate is responsible for managing its users and access.

  • Data access is segmented by company, and each user has different permissions according to their role.

  • The Unimate support team does not access the information without explicit authorization.

Integrations and Third Parties

  • The platform can be integrated with external tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Google/Microsoft APIs) under customer authorization.

  • In no case does Unimate commercialize, share or transfer information with third parties without consent.

Data Retention and Disposal

  • The data is retained as long as the contract with the customer is in force or as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • The customer may request the deletion or export of their information at any time, in accordance with current regulations.
